Mark has over 30 years’ experience in delivering a broad range of projects including environmental assessments and statutory approval applications throughout Australia for the waste management, water, wastewater, food and beverage, aquaculture, renewable energy sources, construction materials and manufacturing sectors. He has also worked extensively in the Asia Pacific region and the Middle East, providing international assistance and technical advice.

Wajih is the Managing Director of Bajwa EnviroConsult. He is a VIC EPA appointed environmental auditor for industrial facilities with over 20 years of environmental auditing experience. Wajih also has over 34 years of experience in the waste management sector.

Amelia has over 15 years of experience in environmental management, as an environmental consultant and environmental advisor in industry. Her key skill sets include environmental monitoring and compliance, environmental auditing, environmental management systems and environmental approvals.  

Aya is a Chartered Professional Engineer, a VIC EPA Appointed Environmental Auditor for Industrial Facilities and a VEU Approved Auditor, with extensive experience in environmental / waste management and auditing / regulatory compliance across Australia. Aya has been involved at many industrial facilities and contaminated sites across Australia, for services involving civil design and construction, operation, environmental monitoring and compliance, remediation and auditing (design, construction, operational and aftercare management audits).

Esraa is a civil engineer with over two years’ experience in consultancy and project management. Esraa’s experience comes from various infrastructure projects relating to cross-discipline project management, project controls, safety and assistant superintendency. At BEC Esraa has assisted with preparation of landfill site risk assessments and monitoring programs and landfill construction projects

Maya is an environmental scientist specialising in contaminated land investigation and remediation. She has experience in environmental sampling and monitoring, hydrogeological investigation, land remediation, and data analysis. She has worked on a range of site investigations as well as ongoing monitoring programs and has dealt with a variety of site types and contamination issues.

Inga is an Environmental Consultant with a technical background in Environmental Management and Sustainability. Inga has developed skills in landfill gas monitoring, compliance reporting, environmental risk assessments and monitoring programs and environmental audits. She has been a key contributor in the environmental auditing of a large-scale landfill development projects and leverages her strong communication skills developed over 12 years working in customer service. 

Kimlong is a Civil Engineer and experienced geotechnician with great understanding of AS1289 testing standards. Kimlong has a focus in design and construction with extensive experience in providing Level 1 GITA and geosynthetics CQA supervision and reporting for landfill cell and rehabilitation projects. Kimlong has developed technical skills in drafting, 3D modelling, and mapping software. He's a strong communicator, safety-focused and brings a positive attitude to all his projects.

Tim is an undergraduate civil engineer studying at RMIT who has gained experience in the role of Level 1 GITA and geosynthetics CQA Officer on landfill cell construction and capping projects across Victoria. He has gained experience in preparing and reviewing design documentation for landfill cell and cap construction projects, preparing CQA audit reports, and preparing RMMPs and SWMPs for regional landfills in Victoria. Tim has also developed management and teamwork skills from many years of experience across multiple industries. 

Nusrath is an Environmental Consultant with experience in environmental management, sustainability, research and data analysis. Nusrath has developed skills in environmental monitoring, reporting, environmental risk assessments and environmental audits. Through her work across a variety of projects and industries, Nusrath has also developed her communication, collaboration and teamwork skills.
