Mark has over 30 years’ experience in delivering a broad range of projects including environmental assessments and statutory approval applications throughout Australia for the waste management, water, wastewater, food and beverage, aquaculture, renewable energy sources, construction materials and manufacturing sectors. He has also worked extensively in the Asia Pacific region and the Middle East, providing international assistance and technical advice.

Wajih is the Managing Director of Bajwa EnviroConsult. He is a VIC EPA appointed environmental auditor for industrial facilities with over 20 years of environmental auditing experience. Wajih also has over 34 years of experience in the waste management sector.

Amelia has over 15 years of experience in environmental management, as an environmental consultant and environmental advisor in industry. Her key skill sets include environmental monitoring and compliance, environmental auditing, environmental management systems and environmental approvals.  

Michael has over 11 years of experience in the waste management industry. With direct experience in the installation of geosynthetics across waste, mining and agricultural settings, Michael brings an in-depth understanding and diversified perspective of environmental construction projects.

Aya is an environmental engineer and scientist with four years of experience in the waste management industry. As an auditor assistant and project manager, she has helped deliver a range of compliance and auditing projects for landfills across Victoria, including design verification, construction quality assurance, operational and aftercare management audits. Aya also has extensive experience in the field, having completed various projects involving environmental monitoring and reporting, site investigation and drilling, and construction supervision.

Daniel has over 8 years of experience in environmental site assessment, data analysis and reporting. He has worked as a Project Manager across a range of projects, including the assessment and remediation of disused and operating industrial and infrastructure development sites across VICand NSW. 

Kapila has over 42 years of experience in environmental regulation, environmental management, pollution control, waste management, and hydrogeology. During his 14 years at EPA Victoria, he helped write the Victorian Landfill Guidelines and has been instrumental in establishing high standards for landfill design, construction, and auditing in Victoria. He also provided expert technical advice for environmental policy development and implementation, assessed applications for environmental approvals, undertook compliance assessments, and provided advice for enforcement proceedings.

Kane is an undergraduate civil engineer who has gained waste management industry experience across a broad range of applications. Kane recently completed the site work and reporting for a new 1.5 million m3 composite liner landfill cell in Victoria and made valuable contributions to landfill design verifications, environmental management plans and landfill designs. Kane also has experience working as an earthworks sub-contractor at a wastewater plant operated by a Tier 1 contractor, including civil earthworks operating mobile plant.

Tim is an undergraduate civil engineer studying at RMIT who has gained experience in the role of Level 1 GITA and geosynthetics CQA Officer on landfill cell construction and capping projects across Victoria. He has gained experience in preparing and reviewing design documentation for landfill cell and cap construction projects, preparing CQA audit reports, and preparing RMMPs and SWMPs for regional landfills in Victoria. Tim has also developed management and teamwork skills from many years of experience across multiple industries. 

Kimlong is a Civil Engineer and experienced geotechnician with great understanding of AS1289 testing standards. Kimlong has a focus in design and construction with extensive experience in providing Level 1 GITA and geosynthetics CQA supervision and reporting for landfill cell and rehabilitation projects. Kimlong has developed technical skills in drafting, 3D modelling, and mapping software. He's a strong communicator, safety-focused and brings a positive attitude to all his projects.

Inga is an Environmental Consultant with a technical background in Environmental Management and Sustainability. Inga has developed skills in landfill gas monitoring, compliance reporting, environmental risk assessments and monitoring programs and environmental audits. She has been a key contributor in the environmental auditing of a large-scale landfill development projects and leverages her strong communication skills developed over 12 years working in customer service. 

Esraa is a civil engineer with over two years’ experience in consultancy and project management. Esraa’s experience comes from various infrastructure projects relating to cross-discipline project management, project controls, safety and assistant superintendency. At BEC Esraa has assisted with preparation of landfill site risk assessments and monitoring programs and landfill construction projects
